At Mistirhat Bangladesh, we take great pride in offering fresh, hygienic, and high-quality sweets. However, due to the perishable nature of our products, we maintain a strict but fair return and refund policy to ensure both food safety and customer satisfaction.

โœ… Eligible for Return/Refund:
Wrong Product Delivered

If you receive a different item than what you ordered (e.g., different sweet, wrong quantity, or box type), notify us within 4 hours of delivery.

Damaged or Spoiled Products

If your order arrives visibly damaged, spoiled, or contaminated, you must provide a photo and return the item (if possible) immediately upon receipt for review.

Delivery Delay beyond Acceptable Window

If delivery is delayed beyond 24 hours of the committed time (except force majeure situations), and the product quality is affected, a partial refund or replacement may be issued.

โŒ Not Eligible for Return:
Change of mind after product delivery

Partial consumption of the sweet box

Dislike of taste unless there’s a quality concern

Orders with incorrect addresses provided by the customer

Our quality control team will assess the complaint within 24 hours.

If approved, we will issue:

A replacement (same day or next day), or

A credit voucher/refund (processed within 2โ€“3 working days)

๐Ÿ’ต Refund Policy
Refunds are only issued for prepaid orders.

Payment gateway charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Refunds will be made via original payment method or mobile banking (Bkash/Nagad).

๐Ÿ“ฆ Bulk/Corporate Orders:
For orders exceeding 100 boxes:

A 30% advance is non-refundable after production has started.

Quality complaints will be handled based on evidence and volume affected.

Replacement will be prioritized over cash refunds.
